有几条审稿意见不太理解，寻求 分析化学 相关高人指点，谢谢 已有2人参与

1.Calibration Curves: a) The concentration values of the calibration solutions, or alternatively, the calibration scedasticity must be reported. b) It doesn't seem that replicates of the calibration solutions have been produced and injected. In fact, table 3 does not report the measurement error, which is usually calculated by the standard deviation of the calibration curve. This point is particularly important because the analysis of trace measurement error may be greater than the measure itself.对这条两条意见不明白，请高人指点！ 2.The authors reported that the intra-day and inter-day precisions were 7.39 and 9.77 % respectively. What are the respectively SD? Specify the abbreviation of RSD... 审稿人想表达的确切意见是？ 3.如果发现的审稿人的意见明显是错误的，怎么回复啊？最好有英文模板   |

标准曲线：a 标准溶液的浓度值或者选择性的方差应该给出 b 没有确切的证据证明标准溶液是否重复测定。实际上表三没有给出测量误差，可以通过标准曲线的标准偏差进行计算。这一点十分重要，因为痕量分析的测量误差往往高于方法误差。 我觉得审稿人是让你证明你做标准曲线的时候溶液不是用的一份，是每一个浓度进行平行配制，并进行测量。至于b则需要补算一个标准偏差。 日内跟日间精确度是7.39跟9.77.他们各自的偏差是多少，只需要算一下就行 |

(Then you can "teach" the Referee something here.) |
