人家说的很明白了，是发到通信作者的邮箱 Your article cannot be published until the publisher has received the appropriate signed license agreement. The corresponding author will receive an email from Wiley’s Author Services system which will ask them to log in and will present them with the appropriate license for completion. 主要看您投稿的时候用的是谁的系统，杂志社跟您联系的时候用的是您还是您老师的邮箱 或者投稿系统 |
