现在状态已经显示被拒，三个审稿人，两个拒，一个大修，审稿意见写的很详细，很中肯。
编辑拒稿信里面写到：“ Thus, I have decided to formally reject the paper at this time. However, I would be willing to consider a revised version of the paper, with corrections made along the lines suggested by the reviewers. This would be treated as a new submission, which would allow me to begin the review process fresh. However, it is completely up to you as to whether you wish to proceed along these lines.”
这是在客气，还是修改之后还可以重投，如果重投的话，被拒的概率是不是很高呢？
有没有虫友遇到过这种状况，这样的情况下还适合重投吗？
