[求助] 关于DGGE结果讨论的修改意见

编辑给了一个修改意见，但我不是很懂他说的是什么意思。
1.Please rewritte this section to make the limitations of DGGE clear and that these are putative functional assignments.
2.be clear about whether discussing bands recovered from Sample-1 or Sample-2--it is not clear what the comparison was between inoculum and enriched. The previous paragraph provided some clarity here, but consistency is needed in this following paragraph.
3.I similarly ask that you re-write the conclusions to reflect the putative interpretation of the DGGE results.
第一个问题中putative functional assignments指的是什么呢？第二个问题里 inoculum and enriched，我是做环境工程的，DGGE的样品分别是接种污泥和培养驯化稳定的污泥，他指的 inoculum and enriched 指的是这两个样品吗？第三个问题是不是让我重写结论，能反映上面的修改？？我有点晕了
