帮忙解决一下电分析化学中的问题

The diffusion coefficient, Do, estimated from the slope of the Ip versus ν1/2 plot, is 7.7 × 10-7 cm2 s-1. This value is similar to those reported with other promoters and electrodes [3–10]. The separation of anodic and cathodic peaks at a low scan rate (20 mV s -1) is about 68 mV, which is consistent with a quasi-reversible one-electron transfer reaction. A further increase in the scan rate resulted in a larger separation of peaks. For example, a separation of ca. 94 mV occurs at 100 mV s- 1. Using Nicholson's method, the heterogeneous electron transfer rate constant ks of Cyt c at a PA/GCE was evaluated to be ca. 6.6 x 10 -3 cm s-1, which is about seven times the value reported in the literature [12].
