Reviewer(s)' Comments to Author: Reviewer: 1 The subject of the study subject looks well. The paper should be organized in a way that flows from subject to subject in a proper manner. The absorption for each cases should be calculated and presented in a graph. Electric field and surface current distributions are not clear. They should be presented in a more appropriate format. Moreover, physical/operation mechanism of the suggested model should strongly be explained and discussed. Some very long sentences should be shortened. Reviewer: 2 1. The authors use a quite light honeycomb as dielectric layers. The permittivity of the material should be proposed in this manuscript. 2. As I know, reference[13] proposed a non-planar broadband low reflection absorber, the article did not address the transmission line theory basically. It's not appropriate to cite this reference. 3. Although the authors discussed the simulation results in Fig.2, it is not clear to me the reason for the absorption peak moves. The authors should further clarify and explain in detail. 4. The fabricated sample of AFSS is shown in Fig.3, the authors should present the overall structure sample. 5. The authors proposed the energy loss is part from interference loss, please explain in detail. 6.The English is not native. There are some typos and grammar errors in the manuscript. For example, in Page 1,"various absorption capacity", in Page 4, "Rf", in Page 5, "are consist of". 虫友帮忙分析提点意见啊,第一次投英文啊 |
