Written by / rain4012 It's been six months since I joint this Germany company working as a engineer responsible for the R&D work of a totally new project on China site. Yesterday HR manager handed over the Probation Completion Notification to me and told me that my department manager(a nice Germany guy) gave me a high score on what I had been behaving, which means I'm a regular employee here. Definitely that's a good news for me. But I have been always feeling guilty about what I did in the past time. Well, frankly how busy you are totally depends on product orders, different orders with different requirements, and my job is to try my best to make out product meet customer's requirements as much as possible. Since what I'm working with is a new project shifted from German and the domestic market are still under developing, caused that I get nothing big deals to do but just to design some small devices. You might say as long as you get your salary and don't think too much, I have to say that's also a kind of viewpoint, but I think it's better to go through more when you are not old enough. |

Keep working on, and u will become a great employee. Basically, u shall take care of ur own duty first. Just make sure your design is perfect even if it's might be such small devices. Then, u may start looking around, things related to ur projects, try to enlarge ur function. Keep working on, bro！ |
