Project: Computer-Aided Catalysts Design for Energy Conversion and Storage Supervisor: Dr Chenghua Sun Scholarship: 25,000 AUD (tax-free) per year for three years plus fee waiver Funding Source: ARC Discover Project Two scholarships are available. Seat 1: Focusing on the computational screening technologies based on electronic structures and force-field molecular dynamics Seat 2: Focusing on the simulation of ultrafast charge transfer in photocatalysis and biology systems. Requirements: (i) Background: Chemistry, Physics, Materials Sciences (ii) Qualification: Undergraduate (forth year, with outstanding academic records) or Bachelor Degree or with Master Degree (iii) IELTS (Academic): Overall IELTS band no less than 6.5 and individual band no less than 6.0 # Students with the experience of first principle computational calculations are preferred.
