IJACT被INSPEC收录，它和EI收录一样吗？

Congratulations!! INSPEC: AISS, IJACT, IJIPM, JNIT have been accepted for the IET's INSPEC!(JCIT, JDCTA are included already) Write : IJACT Date : 2014-02-25 Previously, JCIT (Journal of Convergence Information Technology), JDCTA (International Journal of Digital Content Technology and its Application) were indexed in INSPEC, but this time we received a notice that AISS (Advances in Information Sciences and Service Sciences), IJACT (International Journal of Advancements in Computing Technology), IJIPM (International Journal of Information Processing and Management), JNIT (Journal of Next Generation Information Technology) also accepted for inclusion from INSPEC. We are very happy to announce this good news to all authors and editors. INSPEC is one of the most important Citation Data Base in the world with Elsevier, Thomson Reuters, EBSCO. INSPEC Direct is the English-language bibliographic information service providing access to the world's scientific and technical literature via a new, intuitive, precision research tool.
