[求助] catalysis communications 一直with editor 已有3人参与

近期投了一篇catalysis communications,但是投稿后with editor已经大约20天了，对于这样通讯类的期刊，这正常吗？是不是改发邮件问一下呢？如果询问，该去问谁呢？谢谢各位给点意见~

Also encounter similar situation. Submitted to journal 5 days and then return subject to remove the reviewer from the same country. Submitted to journal 3 Feb, With editor 4 Feb but now still With editor 5 days ago. Very anxious
