我们无法否认的是：并非所有的付出都有回报，正如科研无法得到预期的结果一样。例如在AD转基因小鼠模型中，COX-2选择性抑制剂并没有降低炎症反应，反而表现出Aβ42肽的增加。近期研究结果显示，小胶质细胞的改变以及细胞因子和趋化因子的产生可能是Aβ沉积到AD小鼠模型前的早期特征。与AD转基因小鼠相似，早期的小胶质细胞激活可能对易损神经元群的出现起到相当的作用。 后面的还好翻译些， 关键是第一句话，原文太纠结了。 完全是很啰嗦的节奏了。  |
