Well, I strongly agree with the #9 posted by 475502411.

TOEIC is important when you decide go to an foreign enterprise, but I think TOEFL/GRE is better.

As to CET-6, in my opinion, if you are still a student and you want to get an offer from National Enterprises or Government, you'd better and you have to get CET-6 definitely! Otherwise, you are not qualified.

So good luck with your further journey of CET-6.

PS: you could try to learn it through reading some interesting books, watching movies as well as keeping writing a small piece in English everyday.
