本设计为年产11000t乳制品厂设计,主要产品为有纯酸奶3600t、草莓酸奶7500t,厂址选择在郊区。 本设计共分两篇,第一篇是设计说明书,首先是酸奶的简介及国内外发展趋势、酸奶的主要消费群体及其营养价值、其次是设计总论的论述,主要包括设计原则及范围、新建场址的选择、产品方案、主生产车间的平面布置、工厂组织和劳动力平衡、建筑物平面布置与卫生要求,然后是原辅材料及产品标准的论述,主要包括原辅料的特性及标准、产品标准,最后是对本设计的工艺流程论证及说明的,主要包括工艺流程的确定及论证。第二篇是设计计算书,共分为六大章节,包括物料衡算、热量衡算、车间设备选型、公用系统、全厂辅助部门以生活设施,技术经济分析。最后在完成设计说明的基础上,运用AutoCAD绘制了厂区平面布置图、车间平面布置图、工艺流程图、局部设备图和手绘首页图。 本设计采用先进的工艺与自动化生产,力求技术的先进性与经济上的合理性。原料均采用生鲜奶,辅以优良的配方,生产奶香明显、风味浓郁、细腻滑爽的酸奶。尽可能地采用新工艺、新设备、新技术,并节约设备投资,美化环境,搞好生活设施建设,对各方面进行综合考虑,使设计准确合理。设计一个高品质酸奶的全自动化、节能、环保型工厂。 关键词:酸奶 果味酸奶 节能 自动化 工厂设计 |

原文一堆重复表述,不能改变原义所以没法翻得好看。 This is a design of plant for dairy products with an anual production of 11,000 t. The main products include 3,600 t pure and 7,500 t strawberry yoghourt. The plant is located in the suburbs. The design contains two parts. The first part is design instruction, which consists of fistly introduction of yoghourt and its development at home and abroad, main consumer groups and nutritional value, then expression of general design including design principle and range, selection of new location, product plan, production workshop layout, plant organization and manpower balance, building layout and sanitation requirements, then expression about primary and secondary materials and product specifications including property and specifications of primary and secondary materials, product specifications, finally argument and explanation of the process including the determination and argument of process. The second part is design calculation with 6 chapters, which includes materiel accounting, heat accounting, selection of workshop equipment, public system, supporting departsment for the whole plant and living facilities, technical and economical analysis. Based on the finished design instruction, plant layout, workshop layout, process flowchart, local equipment drawing and hand-drawn home page was made with AutoCAD. The design uses advanced process and automatical production, striving to realize technical advancement and economical reasonableness. Using raw milk as raw materials and good recipes, delicate yoghourt with distinct milk smell, strong flavor is made. New process, new equipment, new technologies are used as much as possible. Equipment inverstment is minimized and the environment improved. Living facilities are built well. Systematic consideration is made in all aspects to make the design reasonable.
