A leading CRO company provides Chemistry, Biology and Biologics services for pharmaceutical and biotechnology organizations worldwide. With their steady development, they are now seeking a talented and experienced medicinal chemistry director to uplift their overall medicinal chemistry business. You will be leading a group of scientists to support drug research programs including synthetic routes, solving chemistry problems and proposing potential target molecules. Also, you will be managing day-to-day operation such as conducting novelty assessment, progress report and clients communication. Overall, you will be responsible for technical and managerial activities in the medicinal chemistry team. Interfacing with your sponsors is crucial which enables you to have a good understanding on sponsor needs and requirements. As a successful candidate, you should hold a Ph.D in organic chemistry and medicinal chemistry with at least 6 years work experience in pharmaceutical industry.
