All manuscripts submitted to Nanoscale are initially evaluated by the Editors to ensure they meet the essential criteria for publication in the journal. Papers published in Nanoscale must present insightful, novel, very high-quality science, which should be of significant general interest. I am sorry to say that on this occasion your paper will not be considered further because it is not of sufficient urgency or novelty to warrant publication as a communication.
