A PhD scholarship in Canada, molecular biology, biochemistry and related areas

A PhD scholarship is available from a NSERC Discovery Grant immediately for qualified candidates to pursue the graduate degree. The projects involve molecular analysis of genes involved in the biosynthesis of bioactive lipid compounds in microorganisms. The successful candidates must have strong knowledge in molecular biology, biochemistry and related areas, as well as excellent hands-on experience in gene cloning and enzyme assays.
