SNPs number

一篇文章修回，有个review的意见如下：The revised sentence“It has been estimated that the NCBI contains 232 million human entries after the release of Build 138 [17]. ” is still error. 232 million in dnSNP138 is the Number of Submissions (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/proj ... .cgi?build_id=138). It is not the SNP number. If this is the snp number, human genome is 3G. there will be a snp in 10 bases. The author should check it correctly. 请问这个SNP的数量到底应该用哪个值？rs或validated？还是Number of (rs#'s) in gene？非常感谢！！  QQ截图20140607110810.png |
