编辑让转投Hindawi下面的Journal of Electrical and Computer Engineering 已有4人参与

本来投稿了Hindawi的“Journal of Sensors”过了快一个月编辑回复 out of scope，让我改投“Journal of Electrical and Computer Engineering”。 Journal of Sensors是SCI，可是“Journal of Electrical and Computer Engineering”好像什么都不是，不知道该不该改投，求建议。 另外附上邮件，大家帮忙看看该怎么回复。金币不多，只能意思一下，谢谢各位啦！ Dear Dr. XX, Regarding manuscript XXX titled "XXX." After checking, we have found that your manuscript is out of scope of Journal of Sensors and it is recommended to transfer to be considered for possible publication in Journal of Electrical and Computer Engineering. For more information about the journal, please check the URLs below: http://www.hindawi.com/journals/jece/ http://www.hindawi.com/journals/jece/ai/ http://www.hindawi.com/journals/jece/apc/ If you approve the transfer, please note that I have noticed the following below: 1- The "Conflict of Interests" disclosure is missing. 2- The author list registered on the Manuscript Tracking System is reversed. 3- The email address of Dr. XXX (XXX@sina.com.cn) seems to be invalid since I have received a number of delivery notification failure.
