Factory now circulating water aquaculture is adopted widely in aquaculture, is a kind of modern, intensive cultivation mode.Has the advantages of improving breeding efficiency, reduce the risk of breeding.Water treatment system is the core of the circulating water aquaculture system, water treatment technology of wastewater treatment effect restricts the cultivation system of water quality and production capacity.As a result, most experts and scholars currently working on water treatment technology, with the progress of research and in-depth, biological membrane method processing aquaculture wastewater by people gradually recognized, biological membrane method sewage treatment technology has produced less sludge, impact resistant, high efficiency, strong load capacity, small footprint, low running cost.This experiment mainly set up three kinds of filter material combinations: (1) biochemical biochemical ring and ring and ceramic ring (2) the house (3) biochemical ring.Experimental simulation of the sewage is used used aquaculture wastewater, regulating the ammonium nitrite concentration is 2.5 mg/L, the concentration of the ions to 5 mg/L.During the running of the experiment, each sink with 16 l simulation of aquaculture wastewater, the ratio of the filter material and simulation of aquaculture wastewater volume is about 1:5, control loop flow for every two hours.Every three days during the running of the experimental device, a water quality, detection of projects including ammonia nitrogen, nitrate and nitrite content, COD, and the temperature and PH.The experimental results show that:Biochemical house ring and bacteria filter material combination of artificial simulated wastewater treatment effect of the optimal.
