纯环氧树脂耐磨性较差,使得其在摩擦磨损领域的应用受到限制。本文采用碳纤维增强环氧树脂,对其摩擦磨损性能进行了研究。
通过加入不同的填料,制备出3种不同的碳纤维增强环氧树脂基摩擦材料,测定它们的平均摩擦系数及磨损率,讨论它们的变化情况。实验表明,随着温度的升高,3种样品的摩擦系数和磨损率都增加,直到达到一个最大值。并且,经计算,3种样品磨损率均符合国家试验标准。

The application of pure epoxy resin was limited in the field of friction and wear due to its poor abrasive resistance.So the performances of its friction and wear were studied by using carbon fiber reinforced epoxy resin in the paper. 3 different kinds of friction materials of carbon fiber reinforced epoxy resin were  prepared through  adding different padding,and the average coefficient of friction and wear rate were determined,what's more,the condition of their  changes were  discussed.The experiments  show that both the average coefficient of friction and wear rate of the three kinds of samples are increased until reach a maximum with  the increase of temperature,and the wear rate of 3 kinds of samples are accorded with the standard of national test through calculating.
