In an attempt  to improve the utilization ratio of sargassum/seaweed resources, the use of  1%, 2%, 4%, 6%, and8% H2SO4 material to liquid ratio of 1:10,1:15,1:20,1:25,1 : 30 were treated by  20,40,60,80,100 min boiling, and ,at the same time ,enzymatic treatment of the liquid were performed to optimize the enzymatic hydrolysis process. The results indicated  that 4% sulfuric acid material to liquid ratio of 1:25 and  60min boiling are of  the highest  lignin delignification rate and the  least  cellulose removal rate ,namely, the optimum condition.
