Flavonoids are widely existed in nature, it has varieties of physiological activity, and can be extracted and separated from the natural product, so it is attracting more and more people’s attention. This thesis mainly summarizes the basic concepts of flavonoids , and introduce several aspects of its characters and functions of the flavonoids. In recent years, different methods of extraction and separation are more and more widely used in the application of flavonoids with different solvents, different extraction conditions or different extract methods; as the characters of flavonoids different, the separation methods are also different. With the development of science and technology, the extractive and separated methods of flavonoids will be more rapid, efficient and perfect. |
