The known synthetic toluhydroquinone derivatives, 5 bromotoluhydroquinone and 4-O-methyltoluhydroquinone were obtained for the frst time from a natural source from Dothideomycete sp. (red alga Chondria crassicualis, YokijiIs., S.Korea). Both compounds were moderate 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavengers. Of the erythrolic acids A?CE 18?C22, meroterpenoids with a modified terpene sidechain isolated from Erythrobacter sp. (sediment, Trinity Bay, Galveston, Texas), only erythrolic acid D exhibited modest activity towards non-small cell lung cancer cells. ??????a???Dothideomycete??N, ??????????????????????????????????@??4-O-methyltoluhydroquinone??4-O-methyltoluhydroquinone. | 我们首次从野生Dothideomycete sp (red alga Chondria crassicualis, YokijiIs., S.Korea)得到两种广为人知的合成甲基氢醌衍生物------5溴甲基氢醌和4-O-甲基甲基氢醌，两种化合物对1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) 自由基均表现出中度的清除作用。所有从Erythrobacter藻(sediment, Trinity Bay, Galveston, Texas)分离得到的改性萜烯侧链meroterpenoids erythrolic acids A–E 18–22，仅erythrolic acid D 对非小细胞肺癌细胞有轻度活性。 |
