Job Description Position Title: Medical Advisor - Renal（医学顾问－肾科） Division: Medical Affairs Entity: Baxter (China) Investment Co., Ltd. Location: Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou Report to: Associate Medical Director- Renal Main Responsibilities: Train internal stakeholders on renal products and therapies Act as a bridge between MA and key local PD doctors by message delivering, clinical problem solving and other scientific supports. Assist in developing educational tools/medical message series (MMS) for physicians & nurses Support external requests for research funding, and follow up the researches we funded during past (Renal Research Grant) Provide clinical trial consultation & guidance, and support clinical studies when needed. Develop and/or write medical content for scientific articles, educational booklets, medical updates Track and plan publications Support country business/Mkt teams on assigned programs such as center of excellence (COE). Take the responsibility on promotional materials review Drive initiatives to gather and organize scientific, medical affairs related information for analysis and interpretation (paper recommendations). Disseminate information on the most updated publications on dialysis to nephrology community leaders and advocates. Qualifications: Medical doctor who is trained and specialized in nephrology (especially in dialysis) with research background Medical experience in Pharmacy / Medical device companies is preferred Open and good communication skill with fluent in English Commercial acumen and strong interpersonal skills.
