Solid surface, which nucleation of air bubble adheres to, possibly comes from inner and outer particles of fused mass or solid particles oxided from metals. For quite small sedimentation rate, solid particles can suspend in fused mass and be dissipated by churning under heavy force; finnally it becomes active particles that can be catched in bubble nucleation. Bubble's surface energy decrease after it absorbs some solid particle, which induces much more solid particles of non-nucleating agent adhere to bubble surface. For possessing adhesive property, solide particles in aluminum fused mass become bubble stabilizing agent. 仅供参考  |

The sedimentation velocity of solid particles in melt is very low, which make them suspend in melt and be scattered by mightily churning up. By this process solid particles finally become active particles to be caught by bubble nucleation. Bubble's surface energy decrease after it has adsorbed solid particles, which makes a great deal of solid particles that does not become nucleation agent adhere to bubble surface, therefore these solid particles in Aluminum melt by the possession of adhesive property become stabilizing agent for bubble. |
