文章被拒，按要求修改后怎么会这么快就Decision in Process，是不是悲剧了。。。。 已有3人参与

May 22, 2014 重新提交修改稿； 当天就发回稿件号和改成with editor状态； May 26, 2014 状态变为Decision in Process至今。 之前编辑室这样写的： The above referenced manuscript was recently submitted to Waste Management with a view to publication and was sent for peer review. Based on the comments and recommendations received from the reviewers and on my review of your manuscript, I regret to inform you that we are not in a position to accept your manuscript for publication in Waste Management in its current form. However, I feel that the paper contains information of potential interest to readers of *******. Therefore, I wish to invite you to address all points raised by reviewers, taking all time you may deem necessary, and to resubmit a new version of the paper to the journal via the EES system. It should be underlined that the paper would not be considered as a revised version but as a new manuscript, and would once again be forwarded to the peer-review process. 是不是文章悲剧了？但是我自认文章写的还可以，怎么经过审稿机会都不给；之前的比这个烂都经过审稿阶段了。 麻烦给位大牛指教了。 |
