四十多天论文依旧没有回应，该怎么办呢？已有2人参与

各位前辈，本人四月中旬投稿一篇印度杂志，当天编辑回信，编辑发给我的邮件如下： Please provide us with: 1. A certificate on institute's letter head (forwarded by a competent authority) signed by all the authors stating that the reported work is original and it has not been submitted elsewhere for publication; that the proper citations to the previously reported works have been given; and that in case data, Tables or Figures are quoted verbatim from some other publication, the required permission to do so has been obtained. 2. The names and corresponding addresses of two Indian and one foreign active research workers of the repute who could be the possible reviewer for the type of work presented in your above article. Also, please note that NISCAIR assumes no responsibility for the statements and opinions advanced by the contributors. Pl quote our IJCT reference number in all your future correspondence regarding this paper. Regards 当时没注意看，所以没关注，投稿四五天之后，状态变成in review啦，现在都四十多天啦，状态没变过，今天早上才注意到这个，请问一下各位，我还有必要推荐审稿人什么的嘛，需要把这两点发给编辑嘛，文章是送审啦嘛，可以写信给编辑问一下结果嘛，到底该怎么办呢，请各位有经验的同仁们给个意见，谢谢。 |
