[交流] Elsevier旗下期刊JNCA的审稿标准，希望对新手有用已有2人参与

各个期刊都有自己稿件标准，不过都大同小异。
最近帮导师审Elsevier旗下期刊Journal of Network and Computer Applications (JNCA)的一篇稿子。囧，这事本来是不道德的，推脱过一次。不过导师强烈要求，没办法，他是老大。论文已经审完，给了个“Major revision”意见。
那就把这家期刊需要审稿人反馈回给编辑的信息帖出来，这也许是Elsevier的统一要求。审稿人需要填的有两部分：Comments to Author 和 Comments to Editor 。Comments to Author 就是审稿人给稿件作者的问题，这里就不贴了。 Comments to Editor是对这个审稿人论文的整体评价，只有编辑能看到，稿件作者是看不见这部分的，我帖这部分。目的只有一个，供新手参考，大家写论文都该注意这些问题。

除此之外，提供一个细节，对于接受审稿的审稿人，Elsevier会给审稿人30天免费使用Scopus这个数据库，即使审稿人所在的机构没买这个数据库。而且，很”贴心“的提供一个链接，点进去会有投稿人论文主题相关的其他人的论文，以及作者以前的论文（if any）。哈哈，作用很明显了，一个是方便审稿人了解你的论文研究内容，其次是方便审稿人判断有没有抄袭嫌疑。
