审稿人是major revision，但是Materials Letters拒稿 已有16人参与

Materials Letters拒稿，状态是Completed - Reject 但是审稿人的意见是：major revision required for publication 意思好像是大修？？ 修改后重投就可以发表？？ 但是编辑直接给拒稿了，我能不能按照这个修改意见修改后重投呢？？ 还是跟编辑argue呢？？ 具体信息如下： Dear XX, Thank you for submitting the above paper. Comments: The paper contains the original results on 。。。。。。Despite the text discussion, I suggest a major revision of the technical results of the paper before it to be published. The remarks are addressed in the following. Remarks, 1. The structure characteristic of the sample: 。。。。。。 2. Subtraction of Si substrate signal from the Raman spectrum is strongly recommended. 。。。。。。 3. The scale bars in the SEM images are not clear enough. 。。。。。。 |

首先，我想说的是，我不知道你大师兄的文章是什么时候的事情，但是近年来，Materials Letters审稿时就遵循这个原则，大修等于拒稿，审稿系统里明确写的；其次，你可以去期刊点评里看看，一般这个期刊绝大部分都是直接接收、小修、中修，几乎没有大修；第三，这个期刊审稿人一般是两到三个，如果一个审稿人给中修，另一个给大修，编辑是有可能给大修的（在别的期刊看来，就好像是一个据稿，一个让小修一样），如果你师兄的文章真是大修，就有可能是这种情况。而楼主的文章只有一个审稿人给出了大修的意见（可能没有第二个审稿人，也可能第二个审稿人没给意见直接据稿），编辑一般就得按照大修及以下的标准处理，也就是楼主说的据稿。你可以陈述事实，但不要信口雌黄，乱批别人。 |
