abstract
The different parts of mushrooms edible fungus fruiting body are sterilized with different concentrations of hydrogen peroxide in a short time,then cultivating the tissue block that is obtained by isolating the tissue in the PDA culture medium, recording the condition of growth and pollution; and comparing the experiment of fruiting mushroom cultivated in three different kinds of culture medium. Results show that the hyphae of mushroom body tissue separation with 5% hydrogen peroxide sterilization has high survival and low pollution rate.The stipe tissue block of lentinus edodes fruiting body has the best germination,and the hypha with early germination, fast and prosperous growth;what's more,the hypha is dense and compact.The optimum temperature for the growth of hypha is 25 ℃,the best part of explant is stipe.The best culture medium for mushroom's germination is:95％ of wood bran,1% of urea, 3％ of white sugar,1％ of lime,its fruiting body reaches the big leaf level, and with large volume,short and thin stipe, large proportion of pileus,well color of mushroom.
