藏药人参果化学成分初步分析 摘要 目的：采用4种不同的溶剂分别对藏药人参果的化学成分提取，并测定其内化合物的含量，得到不同方法对同种化合物的提取的差异。 方法：采用回流提取法和蒸煮等方法得到4种人参果提取液，并分别通过测定其总黄酮类化合物、总酚酸类化合物、总多糖、总三萜类化合物的含量，来了解不同溶剂萃取液里各类化合物含量的差异。 结果：利用不同的人参果有效成分的提取方法，测定不同方法提取液中同种化合物含量的差异。 结论：不同的人参果有效成分提取方法得到的化合物含量不一样 关键词：回流提取法；黄酮类化合物；酚酸类化合物；多糖；三萜类化合物 跪求大神了！ |

Preliminary analysis of chemical composition for Tibetan medicine ginseng fruit Abstract Purpose:Obtaining the difference of different methods to extract the same compound by extracting the chemical composition of Tibetan medicine ginseng fruit with 4 kinds of different solvents,and determining the content of its compounds. Method: Understanding the difference of all kinds of compounds content in different solvent extraction liquid through getting 4 kinds of extracting solution of ginseng fruit with reflux extraction and cooking methods, and measuring the content of total flavonoids, total phenolic acid compounds and total polysaccharides,total triterpene compounds. Results: Determining the difference of content of the same compound in different extracting solution by using different methods of extracting effective components for ginseng fruit. Conclusion:The content of compound by different methods of extracting effective components for ginseng fruit is different. Key words:refluxing extraction;flavonoids compounds;phenolic acid compounds; polysaccharides;triterpene compounds |
