I was told only a third of the manuscript can be accepted in this journal, and the publisher (ELSEVIER) wants the editor to reject more papers.  Ten days waiting are nothing, it is quite troublesome recently for the editor to find a reviewer. If the comments can be sent back within 2 months, you are lucky. Usually, it takes three months or even longer. |
