What do you do to relax yourself?

As is known to all, relaxing is vital to everyone. Different people have different opinions on relax and leisure. For instance, some people think playing and entertaining is what life is about, so they spend all there free time playing computer games and stuff like that. While I cannot say there opinions are wrong, I think that we should keep a balance between playing and working. Importantly, I`m going to take the IELTS soon, so I guess I should make use of every minute to prepare for it so that I`ll get a satisfactory score. However, I am not saying I needn`t to relax myself, but I hope my methods could be as effecient as possible. I have quited browsing news and playing computer, which I found extremely in effective in terms of charging my battery. In stead, I take up solving some hard puzzles of WeiQi and XiangQi as a hobby. When I use my brain to solve these problems, I`m pleased to feel that I get energetic in a few hours. Fishing! haha ,maybe most people will feel it impossible for a girl to go fishing. I like fishing because of my husband .When we were lovers,we always went to a rural town,there was fresh air,clear river,green trees,good sunshine ,and so on.We can wash our face there ,can lie under the sunshine,can enjoy farmers'cooking,can fish......After a week's hard work,we can relax ourselves there,I feel very good.  |
