一篇小论文2013年11月28日投稿，the hydraic research，现在还在under review,什么情况，请指点？四个月的时候，给编辑写了一封信，回复如下：
Thank you for your inquiry.

Although, we aim to review all papers within 3 months, sometimes it may take longer especially during holiday periods, e.g. Christmas, and busy academic periods, e.g. January exams. From time to time we also have problems finding relevant reviewers. We understand that you are eager to receive the decision, but your paper is still under a review process.

I have contacted all the relevant people to try to speed up the process.
Thank you in advance for your patience.
