| Objective To detect the dencichine in the residual of extracts from Yunnan Wenshan panax notoginseng and to purify and determine the content of dencichine.Method Dencichine were obtained through water extracting, centrifugation, concentrating and precipitation by ethanol, decichine was detected by TLC and determined the content by HPLC. Result Dencichine was detected in the Panax notoginseng residual with the content of . the concentration of the preliminary extracting was . the calibration curve was linear over the range of 2～80 μg/ml (r=0.9995)，the standard curve was y = 9655.9x + 35202, The average recovery rate was % with % of RSD(n=).conclusion Decinchine was detected in the residual after extracting from Panax notoginseng and was purified and determined. |
