| As the 21st century most concern emerging optical theory, materials and device research direction, in a short span of decades of development history, the study of theory of the photonic crystals broke the traditional understanding of the principle of optical phenomena and opened a new field of optical.In this paper, we study the photonic crystal principle, preparation and development of history, through research, experimental data and a large number of literature data, summed up the photonic crystal materials optical transmission characteristics, the study found that the special research and development in artificial metamaterials, especially emerging in miniaturization, low energy consumption, can be a highly integrated integrated optical device design and large scale integrated optical path, the important role of photoelectric hybrid integrated development, this paper expounds the photonic crystals in the optical information of great application prospect. ²»Ò»¶¨×¼È· |
