以4-叔丁基苯基乙炔、三乙基硅乙炔和1-二甲基胺-2-丙炔为起始原料，利用催化氧化方法合成了三种炔醛化合物，4-叔丁基苯基丙炔醛、三乙基硅丙炔醛和1-二甲基氨基-2-丁炔醛。以这三种炔醛为底物，以三乙胺做催化剂，与2,5-二羟基-1,4-二噻烷发生迈克尔加成反应，合成了三种3-醛基-4-羟基噻吩化合物，分别为2-（（4-叔丁基）-苯基）-3-醛基 -4-羟基 -4,5-二氢噻吩，三乙基硅基-3-醛基 -4-羟基 -4,5-二氢噻吩，2-甲基氨基-3-醛基 -4-羟基 -4,5-二氢噻吩。对这些化合物结构进行了I R分析，初步证实了所得化合物为所需产物，此合成方法具有反应条件温和 , 产率较高的优点。 翻译成英文，谢谢 |

| Three alkyne aldehydes, 4-tert-butylphenyl propargyl aldehyde, triethylsilyl acetylene silicone-acrylic aldehyde and 1-dimethylamino-2-butynyl aldehyde , were synthesized from 4-tert-butylphenyl acetylene, triethylsilyl acetylene, and 1-dimethylamino-2- propyne by the catalytic oxidation method. Three kinds of 3 -formyl-4-hydroxy-thiophene compounds were prepared by the Micheal addition reaction of these alkyne aldehydes and 2,5 - dihydroxy -1,4- dithiane with triethylamine as catalyst. The products obtained from the addition reacrion were 2-[(4-tert-butyl)-phenyl]-3-formyl-4-hydroxy-4, 5- dihydrothiophene, triethylsilyl-3- formyl-4-hydroxy-4,5-dihydrothiophene, 2-methyl-3-formyl-4-hydroxy-4,5- dihydrothiophene. The structure of synthetic products was confirmed by IR. The proposed synthetic method was feasible in high yields under mild reaction condition. |
