用virtualbox64位4.3.10虚拟的ubutun系统下设置与win7共享文件夹出现以下错误什么原因

终端下输入的命令：sudo mount -t vboxsf (要共享的文件夹名) mnt/share 出现以下错误，求指教，怎么解决？ mount: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on wsb, missing codepage or helper program, or other error (for several filesystems (e.g. nfs, cifs) you might need a /sbin/mount.<type> helper program) In some cases useful info is found in syslog - try dmesg | tail or so |
