Setting up the best synthesis process of acetyl trans-resveratrol which is synthesized by resveratrol. 【 method 】Heating resveratrol and acetic anhydride by oil bath pot to synthesize acetyl trans-resveratrol. Getting anhydrous substance after purifying the sample, then measuring the IR, UV, nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen,carbon spectrum and mass spectrum. 【 result 】The optimal technological condition of synthesis is: 135 ℃ of temperature, 2h of reaction time, and recrystallization as the method of purifying sample. Identifying the structure of resveratrol with comprehensive analytical spectrogram. 【 conclusion 】 The synthesis process is simple and feasible,with high purity of the product. |
