中山大学中山眼科中心眼肿瘤课题组技术员招聘启事

课题组简介： 1、研究领域：肿瘤生物学、表观遗传学 2、主要研究：通过分析肿瘤组织等临床标本的基因组及表观遗传信息，了解其发病机制，为分子靶向治疗探索可能的信号通路及作用靶点。 3、技术平台：高通量测序技术测定肿瘤组织中全基因组DNA表达水平及甲基化变化；生物信息学、生化及分子生物学等学科技术分析信号通路、测定靶点表达水平。 条件及要求： 1、眼科学、肿瘤学、生物学或相关专业硕士及以上学位，熟悉细胞培养、动物实验等技术者优先。 2、有志从事科研工作，思维活跃，具有创新和合作精神。 3、具有相关领域研究经历，并能用英语熟练交流。 待遇及聘后管理： 根据薪酬管理相关规定，确定受聘人员的薪酬待遇，合同期内依法为受聘人员办理社会保险（含养老、医疗、失业、工伤、生育五险种）。 申请材料及联系方式： 如果对职位感兴趣，请将英文版详细简历（包括学历、工作或科研经历等）通过电子邮件发至Jong Kim教授 (zoc2013@yahoo.com)。 Introduction to the research group： The ocular tumor research group at the Zhongshan Ophthalmic Center (Sun Yat-sen University, Guangzhou) has a technician position immediately available in the area of tumor biology and epigenetics. The major research focus of the group is directed towards genomic and epigenetic analyses of clinical tumor samples and other ocular disease biopsies with an aim to understand the ocular disease pathogenesis mechanisms and identify molecular targets or pathways for potential therapeutic development. Specifically, we will employ high-throughput sequencing technology for genome-wide profiling of DNA methylation and gene expression in clinical tumor samples (ex, retinoblastoma). Potential targets or pathways that are found to be deregulated in clinical samples will be evaluated by an array of biochemical and molecular biology approaches. The research spans over multidisciplinary fields ranging from cancer cell biology, epigenetics, bioinformatics to clinical translation in collaboration with various research units at Zhongshan Ophthalmic Center. Qualifications： M.S. or higher degree in cell and molecular biology, biochemistry, or other relevant areas of biomedical sciences Highly self-motivated and solid hands-on research experience in aforementioned areas Good communication skills in English and the experience with clinical sample processing and animal studies is a plus Salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and scientific achievements.
