1.基因表达和化学成分：采用RT-PCR技术对烟叶的相关基因进行了表达分析，叶绿素的合成基因的表达情况在两地区的差别不大，而江西的叶绿素降解基因的表达要强于河南。类胡萝卜素的合成基因在总体上要强于河南。叶绿素a和叶绿素b的含量在各个时期的含量均表现为河南>江西。两地区的紫黄质在各时期的含量差别不大，而新黄质、叶黄素和β-胡萝卜素在两地区的含量均表现为河南>江西。此外，调制后，江西的总糖和还原糖的含量多于河南，而生长过程中两地区的这两种物质的差别不大。在发育过程中，淀粉的含量为长桥多于河南，而调制后，江西的含量较少。 2.中性致香物质和评吸结果：江西的烤后烟叶的中性致香物质总量高于河南。河南的类西柏烷类降解产物、苯丙氨酸类降解产物和类胡萝卜素降解产物的含量均高于江西的，而江西的棕色化反应产物的含量高于河南的。江西的新植二烯含量明显高于河南的。河南产区的烟叶评吸结果较好，总分为27.8，但是河南的香气质不如江西的。 |

1 Gene expression and chemical composition:Tobacco gene expressions were analysed by the use of RT-PCR which showed that there was little difference of the chlorophyll synthetic gene expression between the two regions of Jiangxi and Henan , while chlorophyll degradation gene expression of Jiangxi region was stronger than that of Henan , and ,the carotenoid synthesis gene expression of Jiangxi region in general stronger than Henan. Chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b content of Henan tobacco in any of each period was more than that of Jiangxi, little violaxthin difference ,and higher new zeaxanthin, lutein and β-carotene content of Henan than that of Jiangxi. In addition, after modulation, the content of total sugar and reducing sugar of Jiangxi tobacco was more and very little difference during growth . During the process of development, more starch content of Longbridge than of Henan, and ,after modulation, Jiangxi was less. 2 Neutral aroma and smoking assessment results: Total fragrant substance of roasted Jiangxi tobacco was higher than Henan tobacco, while cembrane degradation product, phenylalanine degradation and carotenoid degradation products of Henan tobacco were higher than that of Jiangxi, and ,browning reaction products,Jiangxi tobacco were higher . Neophytadiene content of Jiangxi tobacco was significantly higher . Results of tobacco smoking assessment of Henan product was better ,with a total score of 27.8, and lower aroma . |
