【求助】lammps中CdTe合金SW势能输入文件写法?

请教各位:我想用lammps模拟合金CdTe的熔化,输入文件: units metal atom_style atomic lattice diamond 6.3575 region box block 0 5 0 5 0 5 create_box 2 box create_atoms 1 box set group all type/fraction 2 0.5 95392 mass 1 112.411 mass 2 127.60 velocity all create 1500.0 887284 rot yes dist gaussian pair_style sw pair_coeff * * CdTe.sw Cd Te 运行后发现了两个问题,第一个是如何分别输出两种不同原子的坐标,第二个是利用NPT系宗的计算发现,模拟体系的能量一直在减小,如下: Step Temp
