The 1st International Conference on nanoManufacturing (nanoMan2008)

Nanomanufacturing has become an emerging technology in the field of manufacturing nanodevices, nanosystems and nanofeatures for various products. 1st International Conference on Nanomanufacturing (nanoMan2008) organized by Tianjin University and Nanyang Technological University aims to provide an exciting platform for the international exchange of latest research advances and research findings in the area. It also intends to promote the sharing ideas as well as to foster R & D collaboration amongst academics, research institutions and relevant industries. The 1st International Conference on nanoManufacturing (nanoMan2008) will be held in Singapore in 14-16 July 2008. Publication in Journals Selected papers will be published as a special issue in Journal of Micromechanics and Microengineering (JMM) （invited presentations only）and in Journal of Vacuum Science & Technology (JVST). Notifications will be given to those selected papers for the publications in these two Journals before the conference, and the authors should prepare the updated papers according to Author Guide for JMM or Information for JVST Authors.
