I am now writing with the news that I have obtained funding for a PDF. I am very happy and can now seriously consider applications. I am looking for a candidate who is independent and has good leadership potential. Such a candidate will likely seek an academic post in the future and I want to provide them the full opportunity to "shine". I also plan to strongly support and promote such a person. I have funding that can support a PDF for 2 years, which will allow that person time to demonstrate their skills.
