[求助] APL需要版面费的问题请教！已有1人参与

最近刚中了一篇APL，因为第一次投这个杂志，不知道要钱！当接受的时候，收到邮件要付钱！具体信息如下：To support the cost of wide dissemination of research results through publication of journal pages and production of a database of articles, the author's institution is requested to pay a page charge of $115 per page (with a one-page minimum) and an article charge of $20 per article. A link to the Rightslink service, for payment of applicable publication charges and ordering reprints, will be provided when proofs are ready for review.

这之后，接着又收到一封邮件意思让我要守信誉付费：
Dear Author,
Your accepted manuscript has been received at AIP Publishing for processing. If you need to contact us for any reason, please refer to this paper by its AIP ID, which is located at the top of this message. You may reach the AIP Publishing production staff at apl@aip.org.
You will receive other emails from us informing you when proofs are ready for your review and providing a link to the Rightslink service for payment of applicable publication charges and ordering reprints.

求教各位大侠，这种情况我该怎么处理？而现实是我不愿意也没有经费付这个版面费！
