[求助] OL投稿两次被拒，求安慰，求解迷惑。已有5人参与

最近在投稿Optics letters,第一次投稿，编辑因为稿件英语原因，没有送审，直接给拒稿了。我让别人帮忙对稿件进行了润色，又重新进行了投稿，结果编辑还是以同样的原因进行拒稿件，而且两次拒稿信一模一样。我想问一下编辑是不是因为我的稿件的内容创新性不够，找一个别的理由委婉的拒稿呢？我再对文章润色再重新投，希望还有吗？一下是编辑的拒稿信
