The results of the study show that the calibration curve of the method has good stability. The relative standard deviation of the slope of calibration curves is 0. 74%. Some notices should be taken in samp le p reparation: a) water volume added to the coating samp le should be more than 200 mL before separating formaldehyde from solid samp le by distillation, b) after distillation, the volume of remnant of coating samp le and watermixture should be less than 5 mL, c) the formal2 dehyde in distillation solution should be determined at the same day. The experiments also show that the mean recoveries for high and low levels of formaldehyde in coatings are 98. 5% and 87. 9% , respectively. The uncer2 tainties of analysis results are also estimated. Key words: formaldehyde; spectrophotometrywith acetylacetone; evaluation ofmeasurement uncertainty, water2 soluble coating 装饰装修材料释放的有害气体是室内空气污 染的主要来源,甲醛是其中主要污染物。为了从源 头上控制室内污染,相关国家标准已发布,如中国 环境标志产品认定标准[ 1 ] 、内墙涂料等装饰装修 材料中有害物质甲醛[ 2 ]限量标准,并规定了与之 配套的甲醛检测标准方法: 乙酰丙酮分光光度 法[ 1 - 2 ] 。用分析化学专业角度审查此标准方法, 相关文献[ 1 - 2 ] 缺少甲醛回收率及精密度数据。 |
