[求助] Biotechnology and bioengineering 投稿求助

昨天投一稿件，今天收到如下回信，麻烦投过该刊的大侠赐教。
1、Articles must not exceed 15 double-spaced pages of text (not including title page, abstract, references and captions) and must not consists of more than 10 graphical elements (figures and tables combined). Please edit your manuscript to adhere to this requirement.

2、 Please include the affiliate institutions of all reviewers.

3、Please list all authors, including co-authors, in the "Authors & Institutions" section of the online submission form.
4、Please refer to the manuscript organization section for details outlining the correct preparation of your manuscript's format. After you have made the necessary changes to your manuscript, please resubmit your manuscript.

1、指不包含标题页、摘要以及参考文献和图表本题页双倍行距不超过15页，图表总数不超过10个
2、列出所有审稿人的通讯地址
3、在线提交时在“作者与机构”部分列出所有作者的
4、作过必要的修改后重新投稿
我看过author center 里边有一“Unsubmitted Manuscripts”，但点击无反应，我要把原来稿件删除重投吗？
不知我的理解是否正确，还望各位热心帮忙。
