题名:LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2三元系电池材料钛的掺杂制备
    本实验采用液相共沉淀法合成LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3CO3前驱体,碳酸盐为沉淀剂,前驱体再与锂盐经固相反应制备出LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2正极材料,之后采用Ti元素掺杂对母体材料LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2进行改性,制备出LiNi1/3Co1/3-xMn1/3TixO2(x=0,0.01,0.025,0.05,0.1)电池正极材料,并利用X-射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜及X-荧光等方法表征材料的结构、形貌和性能。结果表明:Ti的存在能够明显改善LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2材料的性能。

Preparation of titanium doped LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/ ternary battery materials
The  liquid   co-precipitation method synthesis  of LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3CO3 precursor was performed by the use of carbonate as a precipitating agent. LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 anode material was then  prepared  by the  precursor and  lithium salts via solid phase reaction .And then LiNi1/3Co1/3-xMn1/3TixO2 (x = 0,0.01,0.025,0.05,0.1) battery anode material by   modification of Ti doped LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2  parent material . The   structure, morphology and properties of  prepared  material was characterized by  the use of X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and X-fluorescence method  and  results showed the presence  of Ti can significantly improve the performance of LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 material.
