Brief Job Description: The SC CED product and support specialist is responsible for: Develop the CED product strategy and product portfolio to the market segment ensure profitability and meet customer requirement Support CED business development by understanding customer need, providing product offering, evaluate business opportunity and analyze business case, and make product/technical decision Provide technical guidance to customer service in customer line base on lab test the CED bath parameter, simulation test and analysis. and training the customer Help the customer to be successful ,ensuring product performance in the field and do some trouble shooting job on line Support the new CED line launch, Establish baseline and improve on customer satisfaction Work with CED lab and technical team on product performance testing, competition benchmark, line simulation. Lead the product performance improvement. Continues drive the product performance competitiveness and cost reduction Skills / Experience: • Good personality, open mind and good communication skill • Being a graduate of university major on polymer or Organic Chemicals. • Having knowledge about automotive coating with line service/support experience on CED • Having minimum 8 years of experience in automotive CED paints • Fluency in English and computer • High flexibility, willing to travel • Positive attitude, Self motivated. |
